Sunny Disposition - Sunflower Pastel Painting
This floral painting was inspired by a photo of some sunflowers given to me at an opening reception a couple of years ago. Sunflowers always look happy and brighten our days. The stems and leaves are a little rough, making the flowers seem softer to me.
This original pastel floral is framed in a very dark brown/black plein air frame. This floral is in a private collection in Datil, New Mexico.
